Konrad Hellfeuer is a photographic artist based in Germany.
His practice is centered on material-based photographic processes.
Working with analog film, physical intervention, and performative gestures,
his work explores photography as surface, trace, and duration.
Rather than representation, images emerge through contact, erosion, and time,
allowing the photographic material itself to become an active presence.
His work resists narrative and explanation, focusing instead on states of
appearance and disappearance. Light, place, and memory inform the work.
